Day 8 - First weigh-in
Here we go... O_O
Ok, first, I woke up late, so I rushed to start work and forgot to weigh myself before eating.
First meal: SPie
Done in microwave, nothing extra added other than pepper and tabasco sauce. It's edible :รพ It also gave m indigestion... again. Urgh. If it's not an utter waste of money, I'd just throw out the meals, but apparently TDins and RBChilli also gives me indigestion, so it's probably my own body rather than Exante's products (and they refused an exchange, oh well).
Weigh-in: 107kg/235lbs vs 111kg/244lbs on Day 0, so that's 4kg/9lbs in one week. Pretty decent... then again, it was my fault that I went up to 111kg the few days before I started this diet, when my weight had been more or less around the 105-106kg mark. Still, it's a decent loss for one week. I'm getting results, which is good. I really need to remember to weigh-in before I eat.
Second meal: TDins
Nuked this in the microwave... man, I love that thing, and better still, it's multi-functional, so I can also grill, bake and whatnot. Of course I meant the microwave, you didn't think I was referring to TDins, did you? It went down ok with a helping of pepper and tabasco sauce, and my tabasco sauce is running low already. I need to buy a bigger bottle next time I shop.
Third meal: SSPSoup
Went down ok with a generous dose of pepper and tabasco sauce, as usual
Thoughts:
I'm less likely to use extra stuff in my food now that I can nuke it in the microwave instead of cooking it on the stove. Neeways, I'm pondering a pizza later this week.
Hopefully the weight will keep going down. Am too darn lazy to take measurements right now.
