Day 15 - Second weigh-in

I was late with yesterday's post (only posted today), which was why I lost track of the days. I'm supposed to do the weigh-in today, but I forgot and have eaten my first meal. Urgh.

Drink: Marmite soup

First meal: Mushroom soup

I'll do the weigh-in after a couple of hours and we'll see how it goes. It doesn't look like another 4kg this week though. I wonder if it had anything to do with the chocolate? x_x Let's hope not.

Hrm, weigh-in says 105.5kg, which is about 1.5kg/3.3lbs from last week's 107kg and an overall total of 5.5kg/12.1lbs lost so far. Not bad, but less than half of what I lost last week. I suppose losing most of the water may have something to do with the first week's quick weight loss. I suppose this also means I should start light exercises tomorrow. Must be disciplined.

Second meal: SPie with peas

Dropped a couple of tablespoons of thawed frozen peas into the mix after picking out all the dried ones before I popped it into the microwave. I have to say this is a VAST improvement to the texture of the meal. The usual pepper/tabasco helps too.

Third meal: TDins with peas

Same deal, added a tablespoon or two of peas.

Eh, nothing much to say today.
