Day 17
Found a decent resistance band workout and did 30 minutes of it. It's not super difficult but I can definitely feel it and am drenched in perspiration. It's a good step-by-step workout with warmup included. I may use this regularly. Muscles aching, but not too badly. I am not sure if I'll be able to do this daily, but will try if time permits. At the very least, I'd like to do the workout three to four times a week. Should give myself some time before I eat my first meal today.
