Day 16

Fumbled my way through a resistance band workout of sorts. It was rather a jumble since I was using different videos as a guide, but I'll probably stick to just one next time to be more consistent... probably. I don't think I overdid it but I can definitely feel some sensation in my arms? Well, it's really a mess today, maybe I'll do better tomorrow.

Going to give it half an hour or so before having my first meal and in the meantime, work's about to start.

First meal: SSPSoup

Something quick since I was busy working. With pepper/tabasco as usual.

Second meal: SPie with peas

With the usual complement of pepper and tabasco sauce. I tried some of the garlic tabasco sauce, doesn't seem like a huge difference tho?

Drink: Mint tea

Third meal: TDins with peas

As above, but somehow this tastes a little better today. Probably the garlic tabasco?

Doing more reading, finished the historical romances, now on modern day supernaturals.
