Day 29 - Fourth weigh-in

Well, from 103.8kg to... 103.8kg. This is probably due to all the extra snacks I had this week while experimenting with my chocolate truffles — bad time to be doing it, admittedly — but I just had to try out that recipe to see if it worked (it didn't work as well as I wanted it to). Anyway, moving on.

No weight loss this week = bad. However, no weight gain either = not so bad. That said, I do not want to stabilise at this weight, so hopefully if I follow the plan to the letter this week, I'll stop backsliding or remaining stagnant.

First meal: ChocCCbar

Well, I was in the mood for this.

Second meal: Dahl pot

I'm not feeling well today and well, I just couldn't stomach the thought of SPie, TDins or any of the soups. I am trying to space these out though.

Third meal: RBChilli

Another meal that I love because well, it's also the only thin I can stomach today. It's quite annoying to have cramps for two days in a row and medication doesn't help much.
