Day 28

Back at work, but feeling off. Had to drag myself out of bed.

First meal: Laksa soup

Couldn't finish this, had to dump almost half. Lost my appetite.

Second meal: Dahl pot

I did finish this though it was a bit of a chore. May just have a bar later as I'm just feeling really out of it today.

Third meal: Lemon bar

Only taking this coz I need to cushion my tummy for meds... am taking off a couple of hours early from work coz the cramps are getting steadily worse... not fun.
