Day 22 - Third weigh-in

The number to beat is 105.5kg. So, what am I at? 103.8/228.8lbs, which is 1.7kg/3.7lbs off from last week. It's not bad, so total loss so far of 7.2kg/15.8lbs in about 3 weeks.

About half an hour of resistance band exercises and I'm pooped. Pondering if I'm gonna go out today, but more like tomorrow. Three more new things to try from latest package.

First meal: Exante's Cookies and Cream shake

No future ref coz I only bought one pack. It was ok. I preferred the Hc shake.

Second meal: Exante's Chocolate Caramel Crunch bar (Future ref: ChocCCbar)

This bar is smaller and packed in foil like the DChocB and unlike the lemon or ChocO bar. It does have crunchy bits in it like the other two bars, but caramel-flavoured crunchy bits with a coating of chocolate is DELISH. Makes me feel like I'm eating an actual candy bar. This bar has my approval. Two thumbs up!

I went shopping today and bought some seaweed. I'm not actually sure if I can eat them, I'll look it up, but at just 20-30 kcal per serving and very low carbs, I figured it'd make a decent-ish snack.

Third meal: Exante's Vegetable Soup (Future ref: veg soup)

This is surprisingly good. I did not anticipate this because most soups have been misses rather than hits, with only the Tom Yum soup mostly escaping heavy seasoning, but I have to say this one is right up there with the TY soup. It has peas in it though, which I removed (even though I still get indigestion from Exante products), and lots of floaty bits of veg. I can definitely taste the celery and there are also carrot and other green bits, possibly onion too? It's too tiny to tell, but overall, this is tasty. I added black pepper coz I like my food peppery but it could've gone without.

Thoughts:

Other than the shake, which was alright, the other two meals today were winners. Am glad I now have more variety to mix it up, although I still have way too many packets of TDins and SPies to finish.
