Day 10

Back to back shifts... urgh, not fun, especially with 3+ hours of sleep. Zzz...

First meal: CnLSoup

Since I hardly got any sleep, something easy like a soup was helpful while I caught up with work. Added a nice dash of pepper and tabasco sauce.

Drink: Green tea
 
Second meal: Daal

Lack of sleep and a busy shift means something easy, and this is easy and fairly tasty.

Drink: Mint tea

Third meal: RBChilli

I think the red beans probably was a major part of my indigestion, so before I added hot water and popped this into the microwave, I decided to pick out all the beans. It worked! No indigestion, one happy me!

Drink: Marmite soup

I did lapse today. I stayed up closed to 20+ hours, so even after 3 meals, at one point, I had a craving for chocolate, so I had precisely one square of chocolate. I knew I wasn't supposed to, but am hoping one square won't set me back too much. I hope. XD
