Day 24
Since I skipped working out yesterday, I made sure to do my resistance band exercises today. Pondering what to eat later once I've cool down and rested a bit.
First meal: Exante's White Chocolate and Raspberry shake
No future ref as I only bought one pack. It's pretty decent, slightly tart, probably from the raspberry.
Snack: 5 square of dark chocolate
Second meal: CBB eggs with garlic and mushroom
Four clove of garlic and three mushrooms went into this. Well, my mushrooms are going bad, I can't let it go to waste. I'll have to use the rest by tomorrow, probably another pizza? Anyway, due to the garlic, this smells fantastic and the generous dose of mushroom + black pepper and dash of tabasco sauce spiced things up and gave it an interesting texture too. Good meal.
Snack: 1 packet of seaweed
Third meal: Exante's Gooey Lemon Pudding (Future ref: lemon pudding)
This is new too, which makes 2 out of 3 meals today from the new batch. It's nice to get a break from TDins and SPies. Unlike the other pudding mixes (two which I haven't tried yet, look forward to them!), this one requires microwaving. True to its name, it came out gooey and is both sweet, tart and most surprisingly... salty(!), which makes for an interesting dessert. I love it! I am the sort who likes salt in my caramel, salted egg in my cakes and yeah, this is nummyyyyyyyy.
Thoughts:
Ok, I think I may have overdone the snacking a wee bit today but I'm still experimenting with my chocolate... bad excuse but eh well. I should be fine if I'm still in ketosis when I wake up tomorrow.
