Day 27

Exercise done... phew. Also I've fallen off the wagon a bit this week, with all the snacks, so will try my best to keep to the 3 meals a day or I'll regress. I have a feeling this week's weight loss may be less than the previous weeks. New weigh-in in a few days and I just hope I haven't regained any weight.

First meal: Laksa soup

Second meal: SPie

Couldn't make myself finish this today, though there wasn't that much left.

Third meal: Pizza with mushroom, garlic and beef balls

A little stir-fried mushrooms, garlic and beef balls sprinkled on top of the pizza to use up the last of the mushrooms.
