Day 57 - Eight weigh-in

This won't be as accurate as my usual weigh-ins as I'm at my parents' place and they don't have an electronic scale, only one of the older spring-based ones. I'm at 98.4kg/217lbs, more or less. I'll be able to get a more accurate measure tomorrow, as my sister will have an electronic scale, I believe. So that's roughly a 1.4kg/3lbs loss, for a total loss of 12.6kg/27.7lbs. Not bad, despite the non-standard eating, which I AM careful about.

First meal-ish: 1/3rd Exante's Strawberry Jam & Yogurt Crunch Bar + half a persimmon

I only bought one of these, and it's... sweet? It's not bad, really. I only ate about 1/3rd of this though, and had half a persimmon earlier. Mostly because I want to leave the rest of the bar for the long flight later. Dinner will be non-standard due to the circumstances (will be at airport).

Second meal: 3 pieces Yong tau fu + some veg and steamed egg

Third meal: Stuffed chicken with veg, potatoes and cranberry gravy

Meal on board the flight. It's only about 229 calories and low carb.
