Day 54 - Miserable Christmas
I snapped today and had words with my mum, then broke down and cried for a good half hour or so due to that and various other things. *sighs* Am home alone for Christmas as there's no point joining the relatives when I can't really eat the food, otherwise I'd be tempted to gorge myself on what promised to be at the very least a six-to-eight course meal. It's just too much.
Still, it's lonely to spend Christmas alone.
First meal: Exante's Cookies and Cream Flavour Bar
Another new bar to try. This one... isn't too bad, I guess. The stollen bar was better though, imo.
Second meal: Spagbol
I have to say, the spagbol tastes WAY better when the microwave is working. At least the pasta bits aren't hard like the last time I had it. It actually seems more pasta-ish that chalky-hard-ish and the flavour comes through better.
That said, it's still not a great day, but there you have it.
Third meal (of sorts): A handful of broad beans and a small bowl of Marmite soup
Couldn't stomach the thought of any Exante meals so I made do with broad beans and some Marmite soup. Hopefully it'll tide me over till tomorrow.
