Day 33

First meal: Pork broth with pork slices, pork balls, kai lan and bean sprouts

I took a sick day today coz it's ridiculous to be cramping for a week... also I ran out of painkillers. I wanted something hot and soupy, so instead of my usual Exante meal, I ordered a bowl of pork broth with some veg and pork in it. No noodles, so I probably won't be breaking ketosis, I hope? It was really good and helped me settle my tummy a little.

Second meal: Toffee caramel shake

It's not bad. Not really memorable either. I don't even remember what it tastes like a few hours after drinking it, but it wasn't unpleasant. It also dissolved in water a little better than some other shakes, which was nice.

Third meal: RBChilli
