Day 38

First meal: GS porridge

Second meal: Pepper soup (lat thong) + stir-fry veg

Visiting parents and a friend came along, so we went out for dinner. I declined rice, had a small handful of veg and several bite-size pieces of chicken and about a bowl of the clear pepper broth. If all goes well, I'll probably skip the third meal.

Third meal: RBChilli

Snack: A small handful of lotus seeds
