Day 36 - Fifth weigh-in
Well, considering that I lost nothing last week at 103.8kg/228.8lbs, today's weigh-in brought some good news, at least, at 102.6kg/226.1lbs, a loss of 1.2kg/2.6lbs. Not too bad. Hopefully I will lose more by the end of the month.
First meal: Veg soup
Second meal: GS porridge
Third meal: Fajitas with a twist
Coz I have nothing better to do (no, I've put in a full day of work, that was sarcasm :รพ), I decided to cut the dough into short strips after rolling it out. Why? Well, instead of spreading the sauce on it, which I've tried, it's still a tad too salty. So to counter it, I decided to add half a dozen cherry tomatoes (raw), roughly chopped, into the sauce and mixed it with pepper and a generous dash of Tabasco sauce. As you can see, the idea was to make it a dip, which worked pretty well, though I think in the future, I can make the strips slightly larger so they're easier to flip in the saucepan.
