Day 78 - Eleventh weigh-in

97.4kg/214.7lbs, down 0.8kg/1.7lbs from 98.1kg/216.2lbs last week. Considering the way I've been eating, any loss is good.

First meal: Half bowl pork broth with porky bits

Second meal: Same as above + 1.5 pieces moo ping (grilled pork belly)

Third meal: Same as above

I have also rather shamelessly snacked on chilli tapioca chips and fried prawn rolls today. Omg. Seriously, I've to get back to proper Exante meals again. Tomorrow! Must muster willpower. Go go!
