Day 68
While out grocery shopping with my mum, I saw some VLCD meal packs featuring konjac (or konnyaku) noodles with a grand total of only 66kcal per serving, which is even lower than Exante's roughly 200kcal per meal. Decided to buy a pack (containing two servings) to try out. Since you have to prepare the whole thing in one shot, I'll be splitting it into two meals.
