Day 64 - Ninth weigh-in

Not good news, unfortunately. All the non-standard eating meant that I've added some weight back on despite the extra exercise (swimming) and steps that I'm doing. I'm at 99.2kg/218.6lbs from 98.4kg/216.9lbs, a gain of 0.8kg/1.7lbs. Boo. Oh well, less temptation, I guess.

First meal: Leftover lotus root soup with peanuts

Second meal and third meal: Mixed salad with chickpeas, quinoa, chicken, etc
