Day 72

First meal: Chicken flavour konjac noodles

This is two servings, so two meals. First one plain.

Second meal: Chicken flavour konjac noodles with toppings

Mum cooked, so I added some brussel sprouts, spicy pork, chicken mushroom to the noodles. Also ate a quarter of a custard thingy and about half a dozen yogurt-covered pretzels, which I discovered today at a health food store. It's delish, am planning to get more.

I suspect I may have overeaten somewhat... sigh. Period day 1, so I'll blame that. :รพ
